We're Kerrie and Jamie, co-founders of Be Well Care Well, LLC. We are on a mission to make the workplace a well-being destination. When employees are well, the organization will be well.

Our approach is simple: we equip employers with practical solutions for creating a healthy and satisfying workplace that promotes positive change in overall well-being across 8 dimensions of wellness.

We are passionate about well-being in the workplace and believe that when employees feel good, they do great work. Our team of Well-Being Coaches offer on-site and virtual supports, resources, and practical strategies to promote a culture of well-being in the workplace. Through consultation, training, and coaching, Be Well Care Well helps organizations create a healthy work environment that allows for greater job satisfaction, decreased stress, and promotes positive relationships among teams.

Meet Jamie

Co-founder of Be Well Care Well

In addition to Jamie's role with Be Well Care Well, LLC, Jamie Ward is the owner of Curricula Concepts, Inc. She earned her B.S. in Early Childhood Education and M.S. in Reading from the University of Central Arkansas. Jamie has over 25 years of experience in early care and education in a variety of roles.

Currently, her focus is on training early educators and caregivers on the importance of engaging families, and health and wellness for young children and adults. She is a consultant for Zero To Three: National Center for Infants, Toddlers, and Families. She is the President of the Arkansas Association for Infant Mental Health, Past President and Policy Chair of the AR Early Childhood Association, and the current AECA representative to the Southern Early Childhood Association.

Meet Kerrie

Co-founder of Be Well Care Well

Kerrie Schnake is an enthusiastic and dedicated change agent who believes in the power of providing solutions that make a positive difference. With over 20 years of experience working to improve the lives of families and young children, she has a knack for recognizing needs and creating programs, services, and resources that bring meaningful solutions.

In 2018, Kerrie designed Be Well Care Well in response to a need for the improved well-being of early care and education professionals. In 2020 she met Jamie Ward whose shared drive and passion for well-being sparked a partnership that expanded Be Well Care Well to provide holistic health and wellbeing for all professionals.

Kerrie enjoys playing at the beach with her family, watching her dog play with his friends at the dog park, and gardening.
